Comfort and Amenities in Marianovo Park
The idea behind the creation of Marianovo Park was to establish a space close to nature. We want residents to fully enjoy their stay, the quiet of nature, and the peaceful surroundings. Therefore, the park supervisor will ensure that the grass is regularly mowed, the trash is collected, the septic tanks are emptied, and the roads, common areas, and facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, in the future, cleaning, laundry, and key storage services will also be offered.
To make every resident’s stay as comfortable as possible, the development of the Park will involve expanding the range of amenities. Right from the start, a variety of attractions will be available in the park, such as a boules court, picnic tables, children’s playgrounds, and parking for visitors. Over time, more amenities will be added.
