Your own house by the lake In Marianovo Park., Yyou will become the 100% owner of your home and plot. The offered modular homes come in various sizes and are available in three different models, with areas ranging from 24 to 63 m². All homes can be fully customized to individual needs and preferences. The plots on which the modular homes will be built range from approximately 370 to 525 m².
The goal of Marianovo Park is to provide residents with complete comfort, peace, and a connection to nature. The Park’s management takes care of the maintenance of common areas, including mowing your lawn, waste collection, and emptying septic tanks. In the future, additional services such as cleaning and laundry will also be offered. Initially, the park will offer a boules court, playgrounds, and parking for visitors. As the project develops, additional amenities such as saunas, bike rentals, will be available. A small restaurant is also an option that might be realized.
