Set in a peaceful, green environment, Marianovo Park comprises several dozen modular houses designed for both recreational and residential use. The project is planned in three stages, with the first phase scheduled for completion in spring 2026, when Marianovo Park will open its doors to future residents.

Your own house by the lake
By investing in Marianovo Park, you become the full owner of both your house and the plot it stands on. The modular homes are available in three models of varying sizes, ranging from 24 to 63 m². Each house comes fully furnished and equipped, with the option to customize the interior to suit your personal needs and preferences. The plots range in size from approximately 370 to 525 m².
The Park Manager is responsible for maintaining the common areas, including lawn care, waste collection, and cesspool emptying. In the future, additional services such as cleaning and laundry will also be available.
