As part of our investment, we offer 3 different models that cater to diverse needs and preferences. These models are available in various sizes and feature different room layouts, though all have a similar outside design that harmoniously blends with the surroundings and provides a beautiful, cohesive look for the community.
Each home comes standard with a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with basic facilities. The houses are standard completely furnished and many options are offered to customize your house with extra amenities, such as a veranda, air conditioning, extra isolation, a barn, other furniture etc etc.
Lazur
A family home that may appear small on the outside. The interior of the Lazur model often offers more than houses of much larger sizes. It has 3 functional rooms, and for increased daily comfort, the bathroom and toilet are separated into two distinct rooms.

Capri

Santa Cruz

LARK Modular Homes – FAQ
Are LARK modular homes suitable for year-round use?
Yes, LARK modular homes can be used year-round. The homes are insulated with appropriate materials, feature double-glazed windows, an efficient heating system, and ventilation and recuperation systems.
Can the layout of a LARK home be changed?
Each type of modular home offers various layout options. This includes different numbers and sizes of bedrooms, a smaller or larger living room, etc. Just choose the layout that suits your needs.
Are LARK homes ready to move in upon delivery?
LARK homes are built to a “turnkey” standard. This means they come equipped with water, sewage, and electrical installations, finished walls, and floors. The bathrooms and kitchens in LARK homes are also fully finished. After delivery, the home only requires positioning, leveling, and connection to utilities. In most cases, the home is ready for use within one day of delivery.
How long does the installation of a LARK modular home take?
LARK modular homes are delivered fully equipped and ready for use. The installation of the home takes a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, and after that, it is ready to live in.
Does LARK offer a warranty on its homes?
All LARK homes are manufactured according to the EN 1647 standards for recreational vehicles and mobile holiday homes.
LARK offers a 10-year warranty on the load-bearing structure, external walls, and roof.
Is LARK a trusted manufacturer?
LARK is the largest manufacturer of mobile homes in Central and Eastern Europe, with a production capacity of about 20 units per day. The factory is located on the Baltic Sea in Darłowo, about two hours’ drive from Marianowo. The company employs about 220-240 people, including administrative staff.
LARK operates state-of-the-art facilities, the latest machinery, and uses the most advanced available technologies. It has its own unique furniture factory, and all furniture installed in LARK homes is produced in its facilities.
