Modern and comfortable modular homes
As part of our development, we offer three different house models, available in various sizes to meet the diverse needs and preferences of future residents.
The houses are move-in ready—fully furnished and equipped. Each one includes a bathroom and a kitchen with basic fittings as standard. There is also an option for paid customization: for an additional fee, we offer homes with upgraded equipment, modified furnishings, and added features such as a veranda, air conditioning, or a garden storage unit.
Lazur
Although it may appear compact from the outside, the Lazur model surprises with its spaciousness—its interior offers more than many much larger homes. It consists of three functional rooms, including two bedrooms. For added everyday comfort, the bathroom and toilet have been separated into two individual rooms.

Capri

Santa Cruz is the largest of the available models, offering generous space and a high level of living comfort. LARK Modular Homes – FAQ
Are LARK modular homes suitable for year-round use?
Yes, LARK modular homes can be used year-round. The homes are insulated with appropriate materials, feature double-glazed windows, an efficient heating system, and ventilation and recuperation systems.
What’s included in the standard home equipment?
Every LARK home comes fully furnished and equipped as standard – ready to move in immediately upon handover. It includes a bathroom, a kitchen with basic appliances, furnished rooms, and all necessary installations. There is also an option for paid customization, such as changing the furniture, upgrading the equipment, or adding features like a veranda, air conditioning, or a garden storage unit.
Can the layout of a LARK home be changed?
Each type of modular home offers various layout options. This includes different numbers and sizes of bedrooms, a smaller or larger living room, etc. Just choose the layout that suits your needs.
Are LARK homes ready to move in upon delivery?
LARK homes are built to a “turnkey” standard. This means they come equipped with water, sewage, and electrical installations, finished walls, and floors. The bathrooms and kitchens in LARK homes are also fully finished. After delivery, the home only requires positioning, leveling, and connection to utilities. In most cases, the home is ready for use within one day of delivery.
Can I reserve a home without any cost?
Yes, by filling out the reservation form, you can reserve a plot free of charge. It will be held for you for 30 days.
When is payment required, and in what amount?
After selecting a plot and configuring the home, the buyer receives a preliminary sales agreement. Upon signing this agreement, a payment of 25% of the total price is required. The remaining 75% is due just before the official transfer of ownership at the notary.
Does LARK offer a warranty on its homes?
All LARK homes are manufactured according to the EN 1647 standards for recreational vehicles and mobile holiday homes.
LARK offers a 10-year warranty on the load-bearing structure, external walls, and roof.
